- SET-UP IN ONE DAY – You can be up and working in just one day.
- HIGH SPEED INTERNET – The 50 mb/sec Internet access is blazing fast through our Internet and wireless connection. Much faster than DSL. Additional IP addresses are available.
- VOIP Telephone Package – a (VOIP) Telephone on a high speed Internet line.
- PRIVATE MAIL BOX – Mail and Packages (FedEx, UPS, etc.) can be received and handled by the Building Manager on weekdays.
- CONFERENCE ROOM – Hold meetings and presentations in our “State of the Art” conference room, with a 42″ flat screen television and wireless connection. The room comfortably seats 12 people.
- PEACE OF MIND – 24 hour electronic access to the building with your own alarm code. Each office is individually locked. The exterior doors automatically lock at 5:00 pm.
- KITCHEN – Full kitchen and separate restrooms.
- FLEXIBLE TERM LEASE – Our lease duration can be as short as 3 months.
- UTILITIES INCLUDED – Yes! The utilities are included.
